[MOON BYUL] SELFISH KIHNO KIT 상품의 구성품 "딱지" 구성품과 관련하여 혼란을 드려 죄송합니다.

해당 상품은 2018년 출시된 MD로 2018년 5월, 6월 그리고 2020년 5월까지 총 3차례에 판매가 진행되었습니다.
3차례에 걸친 판매 과정에서 2018년 5월에 판매된 초판 제작 건에 대해서만 구성품 중 "딱지"가 포함된 상태로 판매가 진행되었으며, 이후 진행된 추가 판매 건에 대해서는 “딱지”가 포함되지 않은 상품으로 안내 및 판매가 진행되었습니다.

2020년 5월 진행된 3차 판매에 앞서 제조사측에 딱지 미포함에 대한 내용을 전달한 뒤, ”딱지”가 미포함된 상품으로 안내 및 판매가 진행되었습니다.

그러나 제작 과정에서 제조사 착오로 인해 "딱지"가 포함된 상태로 제작이 진행되었으며, 저희측에서는 ‘동일 상품 재발주’라는 사유로 추가 검품을 하지 않은 채 배송이 진행되었습니다.

양측모두 문제가 발생한 부분에 대해 정확히 인식하였으며, 추후 동일한 문제가 발생하지 않도록 최선을 다해 노력하겠습니다.

더불어 금일부터 판매 예정인 일반 판매 상품은 사전예약 때 판매되었던 상품과 동일한 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

We apologize for the confusion about the "ddak-Ji" in [MOON BYUL] SELFISH KINHO KIT.

The kit firstly released in 2018 was available in May 2018, June 2018, and May 2020. We included "Ddak-Ji" goods in the first package sold in May 2018 ONLY.

We successfully sent this information to our manufacturers, and they responded that the package produced in May 2020 would not include "Ddak-Ji."

However, they contained the goods in the package. We could not find this issue
because this order was exactly as same as the previous one; previous orders had no related problems.

Bizent and our manufacturers checked this issue and would do our best to prevent similar incidents in the future.
The kit that will be available from today will be identical to the products sold during the pre-order period.
